People first
Practical support, communication needs and the patient’s circumstances belong in the care conversation.
MediBay is being developed to bring clinical expertise closer to people—combining local support, connected diagnostics and continuity beyond a single consultation.
The MediBay model · Register interest for future access
Speaking to a clinician is only part of the care journey. People may also need an examination, diagnostic information, help understanding the findings and a route to the next service.
MediBay’s model brings those elements together: a local nurse-supported setting, a clinician connected by video and a patient record that carries the care plan forward.
Our ambition is to make care easier to reach in communities, workplaces and other settings where the right clinical model can be established.

Tests, screening tools and digital information support the clinician. They do not replace clinical interpretation or a fuller assessment.
Each service needs agreed staffing, equipment, operator training, clinical protocols and any required approvals before delivery.
The plan should identify outstanding results, the next action and follow-up responsibility. Access to information should match the person’s role.

We are welcoming interest from individuals, healthcare organisations and potential delivery partners. This website presents the developing model, original equipment photographs and illustrative app experiences.
Public patient accounts and bookings are not yet available here. Locations, prices and service-specific arrangements will be confirmed before booking. We do not imply a clinical accreditation, regulatory approval or partnership that has not been established.
The i-Track pathway has its own specialist information within MediBay. Relevant evidence must be considered for the intended population, protocol and service—not transferred automatically to every use.
