Prelaunch website & enquiry registration · Version 2026-10-29-r32 · 29 October 2026
Browsing is free and does not require registration. An optional enquiry reminder appears after two minutes; close it to keep exploring. Registration does not open a patient account, book care or confirm event attendance. Marketing emails are optional.
1. Who operates MyMediBay?
MyMediBay is operated by MediBay Limited, registered in England and Wales under company number 14540473. Registered office: 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. Contact: hello@mymedibay.com.
2. What these terms cover
These terms cover this prelaunch website, registration of interest, general or partnership enquiries and event-invitation requests. They are not a contract for clinical treatment. Public patient accounts and appointments are not yet available. Any future clinical service will have its own eligibility checks, patient terms, consent process and privacy information.
3. Optional registration of interest
You can browse all public information without submitting contact details. After two minutes, an optional enquiry reminder may appear. Close it with its close button or Escape to continue browsing. It is shown at most once during the current browser-tab session, including when you move between pages or reload. Website buttons let you send an enquiry whenever you choose.
A successful enquiry is remembered for that tab session. It is not identity verification, a patient account or permission to enter the patient or partner demonstration areas. Those remain administrator-only. There is no time limit for completing the form or reading a policy.
4. Your details and your enquiry
Provide your own first and last name and email address and choose the relevant interest category. Both name fields are required. Phone number and organisation are optional. Do not submit a child's details, medical records, symptoms, diagnoses, identity documents or another person's health information. The form is for contact details, not clinical advice.
By submitting, you accept these website terms and ask the MediBay team to handle and respond to your selected enquiry. This does not give permission for unrelated marketing. Registration is free, requires no payment and does not commit you to buying a service.
5. Events and invitations
A request for an invitation, an on-screen receipt or adding an event to a calendar does not reserve a place. Attendance is confirmed only when the event team confirms it directly. The team may contact you about your request and practical arrangements. Programmes may change; confirm your place and arrangements before making travel plans.
6. Optional email updates
The separate, unticked updates checkbox lets you choose MediBay launch news and future-event emails. You can register, browse and make an enquiry without selecting it. Accepting these terms does not itself give marketing permission. Withdraw your updates choice at any time by emailing hello@mymedibay.com or replying to an update. You can continue to browse without subscribing to updates.
7. What happens when you submit
Your contact details, enquiry category, event selection where relevant, terms acceptance and version, privacy-notice version, optional updates choice and submission time are saved to MediBay's restricted enquiry database on Base44. The server returns a receipt after saving. The team can review enquiries in its administrator inbox and shared website mailbox. After saving, the website attempts a transactional receipt email to the address supplied, a copy of the submitted enquiry details to hello@mymedibay.com. Separate enquiry alerts to individual staff inboxes are no longer sent. An email-provider acceptance is not proof of inbox delivery. Provider restrictions, limits or filtering may prevent email; the saved enquiry and its on-screen receipt remain valid. These service messages are separate from optional marketing.
Keep or save the on-screen receipt reference if you need to contact us. The website offers a text copy of the receipt. If a receipt cannot be confirmed, the form displays an error and retains your entries for retry; it does not pretend the request succeeded. Email links are separate: they open your own email application, and you decide whether to send.
8. Information, images and clinical limits
The website explains MediBay's intended care model. Some images and films are concept demonstrations with example app screens, not real patient records or proof that every illustrated service is open. On-site diagnostics are designed to provide real-time results supporting diagnosis during an appointment. Blood tests may involve a short wait, and further tests unavailable on site may not return results the same day. No website statement guarantees a diagnosis in every case.
Website content is not personalised medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or an emergency service. Continue using your usual healthcare services. The integrated i-Track information describes screening support, not a standalone diagnostic conclusion.
9. Responsible use and your rights
Do not submit false details, impersonate someone, interfere with the website or attempt to access private areas without authorisation. Submission limits protect the enquiry service. External links lead to separate services with their own terms. Nothing in these website terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Privacy, changes and questions
Read the Privacy Notice and Cookies & Browser Storage information before submitting. We record the terms version accepted with new enquiries; later wording does not retrospectively change that record or turn an earlier unchecked marketing choice into consent. Contact hello@mymedibay.com for questions, corrections, privacy requests or complaints about the website.
