What the website remembers
MyMediBay uses browser storage for the website features described below. These settings are separate from the contact details saved when you submit an enquiry.
- Optional two-minute enquiry reminder
- Session storage remembers when the reminder is due and whether it has already been shown. Moving between pages or reloading does not restart it. You can dismiss the reminder without submitting.
- Registration receipt
- After a successful enquiry, session storage keeps only its receipt ID and completion time. It does not keep your name, email, phone or organisation in the browsing-completion marker. This marker does not unlock a patient account.
- Display preferences
- Local storage remembers larger text, stronger contrast and reduced-movement choices until changed or cleared.
- Administrator sign-in
- For authorised administrators only, separate authentication storage maintains the signed-in session. Permissions are checked by the server; signing out removes the local session.
Cookies and third-party requests
MediBay has not added advertising trackers or an optional analytics service to this website. Base44 and other hosting services may use operational security mechanisms, cookies or logs. This statement is not a certification of every hosting-provider mechanism.
Images and videos use public media hosts; the founders' portraits use Forte Healthcare's image host. Standard requests reveal technical information such as IP addresses to those hosts. Registration fields are not included in image or video requests.
Control and clearing
You can change display settings through Display options and manage storage in your browser. Clearing storage resets local preferences and registration markers and can sign you out locally. It does not delete an enquiry already submitted to MediBay. Browsers may restore session storage when restoring tabs; use a private window to test a completely new visit.
No marketing consent is stored or inferred merely because you use the website. Optional email updates require the separate form choice. To ask about a submitted enquiry or withdraw email updates, contact hello@mymedibay.com. Read the Privacy Notice for your data rights.
