MediBay combines in-person support with remote clinical expertise. The technology brings people and information together; the clinician makes the clinical decisions.

An on-site nurse helps you prepare, takes appropriate observations and supports examinations within their training and agreed clinical scope.
A doctor joins by video, listens to your concerns and works with the nurse to review examinations and diagnostic information during the consultation.
The discussion leads to an agreed next step—advice, treatment where appropriate, further tests, a referral or follow-up—recorded in your MediBay history.
A supported journey, from preparing at home to understanding your findings and agreeing the next step.

Before your visit, use MyMediBay to share relevant history, medicines and what you would like to discuss.
Make the most of your time with the team.

Your on-site nurse welcomes you, confirms your details and helps you settle into a private consultation space.
Personal support, from the moment you arrive.

Your nurse carries out observations and appropriate diagnostics within the agreed clinical pathway, ready for the clinician to review.
On-site diagnostics aim to support real-time decisions.

Speak with a connected clinician, who reviews your history and findings, answers questions and discusses the options with you.
Time to talk and make shared decisions.

Agree the next step together—advice, treatment where appropriate, further tests or a referral—with your plan and follow-up in MyMediBay.
Your care plan, available in the app.
Blood tests may involve a short wait; further tests not available on site may return results later. The order of assessment and consultation depends on your clinical needs.
AI-generated concept imagery of the proposed patient journey—not real patients, clinical records or a currently open clinic.
The clinician interprets test results alongside your symptoms, examination and relevant history. A result on its own is not the whole clinical picture.
If further investigation or another service is needed, the plan should explain the reason, the next action and any outstanding results. A referral being sent is not the same as the receiving service confirming an appointment.
Service scope, staffing, equipment, escalation and follow-up arrangements are agreed for each setting. MediBay is not an emergency department, and this website is not a route to urgent clinical help.
Our approach to responsible careThis website is currently taking expressions of interest. Appointment availability, locations, eligibility and prices will be confirmed before public booking opens.
The intended MediPod model includes an on-site nurse alongside the connected clinician. Support and staffing arrangements are confirmed for each service.
Tell the team about the support you need when making an enquiry. The service should confirm arrangements, consent and any practical limits before your visit.
Only when clinically appropriate. Neither a consultation nor a test automatically leads to a prescription, diagnosis or referral. The clinician discusses the appropriate plan with you.
