Read the i-Track journey
The film demonstrates an i-Track pathway within MediBay using example app screens. It is not a live patient record or an invitation to book an appointment.
Prepare and book
Choose the patient profile, share relevant background and support needs, and select an example appointment. The care team checks suitability before confirming a visit.
Attend the session
A supported visit includes preparation and approximately four minutes of screen viewing for the eye-tracking session. The demonstration shows the person watching illustrated scenes on a monitor.
Review and plan
Reviewed findings and the next steps appear in the app. The film explains that i-Track informs assessment and is not a standalone diagnosis. Further specialist assessment may be recommended.
Keep care connected
Track referrals, follow-up appointments and an agreed support plan in the patient record. Medication appears only where prescribed for an appropriate clinical need.
Add context, when needed
After screening, share fuller history where further assessment is recommended. The portal also offers a history-first route.
Review and referral
A clinician considers the findings and relevant history, discusses what they mean, and agrees any referral through MediBay.
Ongoing support
Keep track of reports, referral progress, appointments and agreed support in your connected patient space.
The updated patient app also offers Screening with history for people who prefer to share their background earlier. Neither route turns a screening result into an automatic diagnosis or prescription.
